Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Yum! Would not let me give it 4 stars for some reason. I do use low sodium soy sauce if I can find it. And other Asian sauces can be found low sodium.
This is amazing! My whole family loved it and it tastes just like the one's I used to get in Toronto at Spring Roll restaurant! :) I didn't make the sauce, but I used some lower sodium honey garlic sauce instead of the soy sauce. makes it a bit healthier :) Oh and no rice...
I'm going to try these tonight for dinner - can't wait!

OK - it is now a few hours later and I LOVE this recipe! I used low sodium soy sauce and added some celery but other than that, followed the recipe. I will be passing this recipe on to friends and family!
I haven't tried it yet but seems high in sodium. But the calories are in a great range.
I do not find this recipe to be healthy. High in sodium, calories and potassium. Wish there were some healthy asian recipes.
We loved this. I also substituted brown rice and used the low salt soy sauce. It still had plenty of flavor. I also ate my leftovers with tortillas. It wasn't as messy as the lettuce. I will make it again.
