Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used Granny Smith apples, only a smattering of raisins, 1/4 cup finely chopped (not crushed) pecans, and 2 teaspoons brown sugar instead of honey. Oat flour instead of wheat, and only 3/4 cup of milk. Baked at 350 for 40 minutes in a 10x10 casserole pan. Great with whipped cream.
Used Walnut Oil (for Sunflower Oil) & nonfat milk (for 1% milk). Was ready in 40min at 350F. Made 1.5 times the batter (4 apples were already perfect) & it was just right for two 9" cake pans. Carrot cake frosting made a healthy, & yummy layered bday cake! Leftovers are great for breakfast!
