I agree about the use of Splenda. Better to use sugar and not eat too much of it.
I am appalled that you call this healthy and yet you use poisonous Splenda. Do some real research on these artificial sweeteners and you'll see what I mean. Use real sweeteners like honey or even sugar, but use them sparingly.
