Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Too much garlic for my taste, overpowers everything, preferred minced onion & spinach. It did not stay together well, fell apart when trying to slice it. I added a few ground pork rinds, stayed together better, put a little low carb ketchup on top and sprinkle of cheese for flavor.
