Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a very good return for the calories.
Basically the same as my own recipe. Made it today, but I use frozen green beans, corn & peas rather than the canned which has mega sodium, and instead of pinto I use lentils. Used the Butler soy curls .
This is very similar to my weekly pot of soup I make. It is low calorie and can even be used as a snack. I don't put greens or corn in so I have less calories per cup.It is a good soup
