Used whole organic chicken.SODIUM COUNT COMPLETELY OFF-BASE!!!Followed directions, added a lil Italian seasoning& sweet mini peppers for extra flavor. Heated on high for 4 to 5 hours--the chicken was tender and not overcooked at all. Everyone enjoyed it. Recommend this version once every 2 months
