I made this casserole and my family loved it. However, I realized that the nutrition information is wrong. There is only 19 calories listed for the egg noodles per serving, which means that about 1oz of noodles is counted instead of 12oz. The calories with low fat ingredients were closer to 421 each
This is very easy to make and very yummy. I added some spices to this recipe and used elbow macoroni instead of egg noodles. This is a great family dish. I also substituted the cream cheese for fat free cream cheese and low fat sour cream. I would recommend this to anyone!!!!
