Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

We thought this was pretty tasty--we added a bag of peas, some garlic salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and a bit of chopped onion to add some flavor and it turned out really well. I'll definitely be making this again in the future.
I also added frozen peas to give a but more body...and I used all low fat/sodium versions of the soups. We found a bit bland...might make again.
I added a 16 oz bag of carrots/peas to up the veggies and fiber. I thought it was good, my teenage son wanted it spicier.
