I would have to cook my own beans since the sodium content is one third of my daily allowance, but it sounds lovely.
I guess you could make it lower fat by doing it yourself
I love hummus and this is a great way to control my calories and being health conscious of other unknown hindrance to our weight loss. It was so tasty as I used to purchase this product from the groceries. Now, I create my own! I eat it with melba toast!
