I made this with fresh morel mushrooms tonight. I did use bread crumbs I made from my favorite high fiber honey oat bread. I will definately make it again.
This is a fantastic recipe! I substituted finely ground Fiber One Cereal for the stuffing, EggBeaters for the egg, and added a little garlic salt. I will definitely make this again...over and over!
