Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I JUST made this for Sunday dinner and my family LOVED it! It was not as traditional as my mom's meatloaf, but it certainly was a lot healthier. I changed it just a wee bit---I used the low sodium box of dressing. YUMMY! I will definitely make this again soon!
I have always used "eggs" when I make meatloaf BUT I have egg whites in the frig so this time I will cut some calories and a bit of cholesterol but using the whites... how simple!
I loved this. I used mushrooms and zucchini instead of onions. I added basil. I sauted the veggies in beef broth. I used tomato sauce and brown sugar because we were out of ketchup. I eliminated the water and made the mixture into burgers to save cooking time. But the idea was yours.
Wonderful! I have always hated meatloaf, but decided to try this recipe anyway. However, I used onion salt instead of fresh onion. I loved it!
We absolutely loved this. I have not had a reciepe that the whole family would eat that was meatloaf before this. Delicious and not very high calorie!
