I make these quite often ... but I'm thinking the calorie count is a little bit off ... the "ingredients details" shows only 1 lb of ground beef, rather than the pound-and-a-half used here. Delicious burgers, though, and since we're skipping the bun, it's well within calorie allowances. :)
