I used 6.1 lbs of chicken, a whole onion and package of baby Bella mushrooms. It was bland so we added celery salt, oregano, paprika, thyme - much more flavorful. The next time I make this I will be using 2 boxes of stuffing as the flavor and gooey texture of that ingredient got lost. Submitted by:

So Good! My husband loved it too! Used really thick organic chicken, low sodium box of stovetop, some extra unseasoned bread stuffing, minced garlic, 3/4 soup can of water, cream of chicken soup and 1/4 can of chicken broth. Cooked on High for 5 hours. Submitted by:
