Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I've been using a similar recipe for some time. I make it without salt or garlic and it is still delicious. Also, I first roast the bones by turning them on end, splashing a small amount of organic apple cider vinegar on the ends (helps to draw out the marrow) and roasting them at 325 F for 1 hour.
Very filling, nutritional and tasty!!!
