This is awesome! I love refried beans, and you cannot tell these have no fat in them. I used half chicken broth as the recipe suggests, and doubled the recipe. I had them with tortillas and fried eggs last night, and tonight we are having them with Spanish brown rice. I plan on freezing the rest
My husband hates beans but loves this. I am addicted to mashed potatoes and these have the same texture so they're a great protein-packed substitute. These are so good, I have to stop myself from eating the whole batch.
