I use vegetable bullion to make it truly vegetarian, a chopped chipotle pepper for heat and add a cup of barley at the end for more texture and fiber! So filling and good!
awesome. easy. you get a ton for the low amount of calories. used the beef granules rather than the chicken. It gave the option. wonderful!
I traded one can of Kidney for 1 1/2 cups of TVP for more protein. I did 2 cans of tomatoes and no tomatoe sauce. It was great
