Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

After cooking and draining the beef, rinse it with water to get off even more fat. I do this every time I cook beef this way (sloppy joes, chili, etc.).
Left out the salt and used low sodium beef broth and used fat free cheese Will make again
I substituted beef broth for the water and boullion cubes, you can get salt free and fat free and it cuts the sodium of this recipe or you can not add the salt if I was using the bouillion, they have enough salt as it is. But it was a tasty dish for and we had it with a large green salad
Good recipe, but for my family I eliminated the salt and used beef broth instead of beef boullion.
