It is great with half a banana cooked with the oats.
The banana sweetens it and then I add a quarter cup of cottage cheese and stir. Extra protein. Add ground flax seed, way to go. Pat in Maine.
Love it with a tiny bit of butter and brown sugar. Good stuff!
Really good...I added a Tsp. of Flax Seed for more Fiber and used Cranraisens. Best part is not having to wash the sticky pan from stove cooking. So it's not gummy, the splash of milk is needed after cooking.
