Good way to achieve my fiber intake
I used romaine leaves because it's what I had available. I also subbed salsa for chopped tomato, I feel it gave it more flavor and moisture. This made a perfect, healthy fats/high protein office lunch for me. Something I will repeat. Very quick and easy to prepare.
