A little high in fat but still very tasty!
I was skeptical but made according to instructions (5 lg eggs did it); had to use 2 mini-loaf pans but it still baked within time frame (32 min), rose well. Yummy! Very moist (oily), smells coconutty & like it will be sweet, but with flat tang of plain bread. Great plain or with salted butter.
