Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made these but used non-fat sour cream in place of the yoghurt. I think you could use buttermilk as well. They were tangy and not too sweet. Very thick batter, however. I think I probably overfilled the cups - they kind of spread over the tops.
I made these with non-fat vanilla yogourt - they came out good, but the batter was REALLY thick. Next time I'd add a bit more sugar/Splenda because they weren't as sweet as I like my muffins normally. They were really easy to make and I made 24 smaller muffins that are about 118 calories each!
They really do taste great...very light and fluffy...we varied the recipe a little though. We put Raspberries, blackberries and banana and strawberry yogurt to be controversial!! ...the mix of flavors worked great...also because Im fat I doubled the recipe...
