Didn't really like this - reminded me of watered down condensed tomato soup. But to be fair I am having trouble finding any FF salad dressing that I like! ( Making a lot of low carb salad dressings for hubby and the contrast is extreme!)I tried Electra7D's suggestion and it helped a lot...
I added a little vinegar, yellow mustard and Texas Pete for zip and it was fabulous. I have trouble getting enough healthy fat in my diet at times too, so I like to add a little olive oil to the salad. It tastes great.
