This is a lot like the chocolate cake my mom always made, but she used a lot more chocolate, and a bit less sugar....
STOP reading the nutritional content! It's cake people…Too many calories? Too much sugar? Then don't bake a bloody cake. Have a little common sense. Don't blame the baker. It's cake!
I was looking for a recipe to take to work. I thought about this, then looked at the nutritional information. Eating one slice of this cake is the total amount of calories for one meal. I just cannot see myself sacrificing a meal choice for a slice of cake that would set me back a few weeks!!
Holy Moley! These may taste great, they may be vegan, but look at the nutritional data!!!!! These are not good for you!
I added more sugar to the cake, but I have a sweet tooth. Easy to make! Great recipe! Thanks for sharing - I will be making this again!
