Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The instructions were a little hard to read and I was disappointed that the rice was included in the calorie count (Not everyone can eat rice--shocker, I know). However, overall this was a really good recipe and after the meal there were no leftovers! I would make this again in a heartbeat!
