Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These are very good, but the recipe should indicate a mini-muffin pan. I made it and got 12 perfect-sized standard muffins. Even having to use twice as much batter, it still has a decent calorie count for a breakfast treat. I also subbed whole wheat flour for half the flour, and used brown sugar.
