Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is a great muffin to make for a single serving dessert. I used 1/2 tsp sugar instead of sweetener. This was a moist and soft cake like muffin and had lots of flavor. So quick to make and leaves temptation away from me. I still have pumpkin left over to make more desserts for later.

Very good! I used plain sugar but that was my only adjustment. Next time I will add some walnuts! Thanks for sharing.
