Fantastic! I used 3.5 bananas from the freezer and used brown sugar instead of white. These are delicious! ***Don't forget to add 2 eggs - they are missing from the list but are in the breakdown. I made these into 12 muffins.
Going off the .17 eggs per serving, the recipe calls for 2 eggs....so at least we know that they are included in the nutritional information.
