Cole's Marinara Primavera
You can use any veggies that you have on hand. I added the peppers, as they were not in the orginal recipe. I used 1.5 Cup for my serving size.
You can put it on top of rice, pasta, noodles or just as a side!
This came out not as tomatoe as I would have liked. I think more maters are needed... see the picture the way it was suppose to look :)Submitted by: NERD01
