Pretzel Chicken Recipes

I typically make 4 - 5 servings at one time so that the entire package of Shake n Bake coating gets used.
If chicken breasts are large/thick, I slice them into 2 or even 3 horizontal layers like filets.

Got this from a friend and made it my own. This is a staple in our house, the crust keeps the chicken super moist.

A honey mustard, pretzel coating makes for a salty/sweet treat!

This recipe works equally well with pork loin cutlets or chicken breasts
