Ingredients

    3 pounds skinless chicken parts (incl bones)
    2 cups of pretzel nuggets (suggest buffalo wing pretzel nuggets)
    1/2 cup hot sauce or can also use 1/2 cup spicy mustard
    2 Tbsp skim milk
    3/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pulse pretzels in a food processor until nuggets become coarse crumbs. Whisk hot sauce or spicy mustard, milk and salt in a bowl. Roll each piece of chx in sauce mixture, then coat chx with crumbs and place on baking sheet. Bake until juices run clear when pierced with a fork...about 45 min.
