Introduction

creamy, yet low fat cole slaw. creamy, yet low fat cole slaw.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 Lg head green cabbage
    3 Med. carrots
    1.5 C Hellmann's Low Fat mayonnaise
    1/2 C chopped valdalia onion
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Tips

If you prefer a vinegar base over a creamy one, decrease the mayo to 3/4C and add 1/4C white vinegar. The fat content will also decrease.


Directions

Clean and cut cabbage then shred in food processor, add cleaned carrots to food processor. Place in large bowl, add 1/2 C chopped onion. Mix in 1 1/2C Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes ten, 1/2 C servings
