Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used taco seasoning instead of the Italian Seasoning and crushed tomatoes with green chilies for a Tex-Mex kick. I like to use whole wheat pasta-I feel more full with it and can cut the serving in half for less calories.
This looks delicious! Can't wait to try it! The whole wheat pasta adds plenty of fiber, but the calories are well within range that I need. Thanks for posting this!
