I made this with half AP/half ww flour as suggested. ALSO, instead of using skim milk, I used the whey I drained from some homemade fat free yogurt. It's VERY good, and my 6 year old loves it. I'm taking a loaf to work on Monday to share.
Very good. I used half whole wheat & half white flour, and 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar/splenda, 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, and 2 tsp baking powder, since I was out of baking soda.Dense and moist, plenty sweet enough. Love the
