Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I'd personally skim the fat from the broth after cooking and before adding the noodles to save fat and calories. Also, I sometimes substitute some baking mix (such as bisquick) which makes it a little richer. This tastes great, and you're right - it does 'taste like home' to me too.
I like Chicken and it is one meat on my diet I can have. So I love this recipe, It is healthy and low on calories.
