Yum!! I used olive oil instead of butter to sear the shrimp....the oil added a nice flavor and those good-for-you fats!! So easy!!
Can't wait to try this tonight....gonna pile 5 shrimp into a lettuce leaf with some pico de gallo and yummy yummy! I can eat 3 lettuce wraps and only add about 25 extra calories :)
