Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I substituted wholemeal plain flour and unsweetened almond milk. Good taste with less calories. Suitable for sweet and savory crepes.
Good base for a crepe BUT.. not enough milk! I ended up using about another 2/3 a cup of skim milk to get it to that "crepe" consistency. Added 1/2 tsp sugar as well, which adds that "sweet" dessert taste to it. YUMMY
