My hubby's favorite. You can cut calories if you don't put the stuffing on top, which will also reduce butter. You can substitute margarine, reduced calorie cheeze etc. Do not use skim milk - the consistency is not right.

Tuna noodle casserole without the tuna. Use chicken leftovers or substitute turkey for chicken and use after Thanksgiving with some leftovers. If you're watching your sodium, replace the soup and don't add any salt.
