Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made these in a muffin top pan, then fried 1 egg and topped with fat free shredded cheese. When I dipped in a little SF syrup, they were just as good as a McGriddler!
I improvised with a few ingredients: 1)Subst'd low fat sour cream for the appleasuce. 2) used what bran instead of oat bran. 3) used oatmeal instead of flax meal. ALso used Johnsonville brown sugar and honey sausges. They were really good.
