Perfect for Grilling (even on Foreman)

This is an Emeril Lagasse recipe. I used ribeye steak and round steak the two times I made it. Husand and son LOVED it! It was a bit too spicy for myself. I omitted the red and green bell peppers, but they would be added with the onion if used. Can serve with egg noodles or over rice.

This is one of my favorite "tried and true" recipies from my Mom. Great comfort food and the whole house smells great while it's baking! Served with a side of steamed carrots for a great, healthy meal.

Quick, easy and delicious

Recipe for two. If you double, just use the one can of soup. Add water if needed.
Quick and easy with convenience foods.
I try to have more veggies than meat. Limit the quantity of potatoes.

Great served over rice

The calorie count looks high on this because of the marinade. I don't think it is as high as this says since you only get a portion of the marinade on the beef.

Slow Cooking easy Meal

Make sure to use fat free hashbrowns I use both shredded or southern style and appox. 70 cals per 1 cup. Frozen hashbrowns very greatly in calories. Make sure to read the nutritional lable.
