Introduction
very tasty. esp. served over whole wheat egg noodles!very tasty. esp. served over whole wheat egg noodles!
Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1.5 lbs round steak (fat trimmed)
2 larger carrots
1 large onion
one beef bouillon
6 oz. water
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup tapioca mix
Directions
heat bouillon in 6 oz. water.
when heated pour in crockpot.
then, trim the fat from your round steak and cut into normal sized pieces.
place in crockpot.
next, slice one large onion and even spread ontop of roundsteak.
open your can of diced tomatoes (seasoned or unseasoned) and place undrained over onions.
after that, skin and cut carrots into bite-sized slices and place ontop of tomatoes.
you may add 1-2 ay leaves for flavor.
make sure prety much everything is in liquid.
place heat setting on "high" atleast 30 minutes.
after that you can turn it to medium and leave it on all day. 6 hours-ish?
check on it to make sure round steak is not overdone.
then add about 1/8 cup instant tapioca (not actual pudding) to liquid. (used to thicken gravy)
you may want to stir things up to get tapioca all over, etc.
and Voila!
very tasty served over whole wheat egg noodles!
