Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Am doing Zone diet. Craving something bready & chocolatey. Made this muffin, as stated, but adding 1 tsp cocoa powder (1 carb) & 10 choc chips (3 carbs). It was very good and hit the spot, albeit a little dry. Next time I'll omit the cinnamon & add a little more butter. Great for low-carb though!
I just made this without the baking powder. Guess my recipe didn't have it. It was good. Lots of fiber and low carb.
