Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I make this all the time! One of my friends was from the PI and taught me. I now use breasts with the bone in (instead of dark meat), throw in a tbsp of brown sugar and a little chopped onion and then cover until the meat is tender and skip the frying in oil which is what they normally do.
