I used light sour cream to cut down on the calories.
Deliscious but I added more sour cream to thicken and some Kitchen Bouquet browning seasoning so it was more like gravy. I know this added fat and calories, but felt it needed something extra to keep my husband motivated on our journey to healthier eating. Served over rice and a steamed sweet potat
My Family and I really enjoyed this! I didn't have enough sour cream and used Garlic Salt in place of the regular salt and added pepper, it turned out perfect! We ate it over noodles, so yummy!! We will make this again!!
