Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This sounds delicious except the calories per serving is outrageous.... this is a weight loss site isn't it? I am looking for lo cal recipes... if I didn't need to lose weight this sounds great!
I've made something very similar, but it goes a lot farther than 6 servings- probably makes 8 cups- and 1/2 cup is plenty-
so 1/2 cup serving would be about 300 calories...
Splenda could be used for both the white and brown sugars to cut the calories considerably and would be more diabetic friendly. If not for all the sugar, I would have given this a 5 star rating.
wow the calories and fat for 1 dish sounds yummy but needs to be made healthier
