Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I love slow-cooker lasagna... subbing ground chicken for beef lightens it up. I also throw in a couple handfuls of cooked bulgar wheat with the chicken/onions just to add some fiber. You'll never notice it and it stretches the meat, too (also a great tip for tacos). Whole wheat noodles work fine.
THIS IS AWESOME, if you thought lasagna that was lowfat and lowcal could not be good...think again.
