This recipe resembles my favorite Chicken Parmesan favorite without the excessive fat and calories.
My family enjoyed the texture and flavor.
I lightly sprayed the cookie sheet with olive oil, pounded my chicken breast with a meat mallet inside a ziplock bag, just a bit to ensure an even cooking

This was absolutely delicious! Didn't have the grated parmesan cheese, instead I used 1/4 c 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese. It will most certainly become a house hold favorite! Submitted by:
