Nutrition & Calorie Comments

nutrition is for a chicken breast not by weight. Would this maybe be for a 4 oz breast?
Came out fantastic! Just a note: I believe the nutrition info is for one half of a chicken breast... that should definitely be noted!!
Use Panko bread crumbs instead of Rice crispies, add fat free yougurt instead of egg whits for added flavor
Just made this for the family tonight and we LOVE IT. I doubled the ingredients though to make more. Very juicy and moist and soooo flavorful. I had mine with a high protein steamer side from Birdseye.
Tastier, healthier, and way lower carbs: use crushed pork rinds instead of cereal, and use the whole egg for more nutrients
I used only the .4 oz package of ranch dressing, & found it awfully salty. I'll use Chef Meg's version next time.
No rice cereal so I put some fiber one in the blender. Got my fiber with my protein.
this was good but way to much sodium for me....
I think you could use panko crumbs in place of the rice cereal, they have whole wheat kind
