this was good but way to much sodium for me....
I think you could use panko crumbs in place of the rice cereal, they have whole wheat kind

375 degrees, only 15-20 minutes using thin chicken breasts. I did this with bread crumbs and low fat cream of chicken soup instead of what recipe called for.....too lazy to go to supermarket! Submitted by:
