Italian Rotini and Vegetable Pasta Salad
I was in the mood for some pasta and vegetables, but I didn't feel like running to the store. So I grabbed what ingredients I had in the fridge and cupboard and made myself and my husband some dinner. This is the recipe I came up with. I thought it was going to be a total bomb, but it actually turned out really good. You can swap out whatever ingredients you want when making this. Get creative!
It's low in calories and is good enough for anyone to eat. My husband ate 2 bowl-fulls.
