This smoothie was prepared exactly as written & the result was ambrosial !!! Excellent choice for diabetics & vegetarians: no cholesterol but lots of protein,vitamins & fibre. I will make it often, perhaps varying the fruits, and bring it along as I go treading along in my scooter around the city.
