Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used alum free baking powder, 1% milk b/c it was all we had, Lite salt, and unbleached flour. Good.. got 7 waffles.
I skipped the salt and added just a dab of vanilla (and added some mini-chocolate chips for the kids). They were great, except that they kept sticking to my waffle iron. I had to spray it thoroughly between each waffle. It made exactly 10 on my flower/heart shaped iron.
These ae great waffles! I cooked mine in a belgian waffle iron and they came out perfectly. Served with some sugar free syrup and fruit these make a really good breakfast.
