I found this reciepe to be perfect for diabetics. Also if you have to control your salt, cholestrol and fat intake. I would say it is great
I submitted a similar recipe! The best part is that you can eat the entire box of Jello (or generic brand) and it's got very few calories but it makes your fruit dessert stretch THAT much farther.
